Booking and Eligibility

By booking tickets for Focus, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or above. Bookings for participants aged 17 years or younger must be completed by their parent/guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not proceed with booking. For any questions, please contact us at focus@cck.org.za.

Participation and Assumption of Risk

Focus 2026 is an event organised by Christ Church Kenilworth and participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Activities may include physical exertion, take place outdoors, and be affected by weather conditions. You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in these activities, including transportation to and from Goudini Spa.

Liability and Personal Responsibility

Christ Church Kenilworth, its staff, partners, volunteers, contractors and sponsors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other mishaps that may occur. You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property, including potential third party claims, arising from participation in Focus 2026 activities.

You are responsible for managing yours and your family's own health and safety during Focus 2026, including any pre-existing medical conditions. In the case of medical emergencies, you bear the full responsibility for any related medical costs.

Data Protection & Privacy

Participants consent to Sports Redefined (CCK's booking partner) storing their personal details as submitted in the Focus 2026 Booking Form on a secured database which will be used only by Christ Church Kenilworth for booking administration. After Focus 2026, all personal details will be deleted from the Sports Redefined database. Christ Church Kenilworth will not share or distribute participant data beyond the event administration needs.

Event Changes and Force Majeure

Christ Church Kenilworth reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or force majeure events.  

Conduct and Event Rules

By booking and attending Focus 2026, you confirm acceptance of all rules, conditions, and regulations related to the event. Participants are expected to adhere to venue guidelines and those set by Christ Church Kenilworth and event organisers for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, staff, volunteers, contractors and sponsors, from any claims, legal action, or liabilities related to your or your child's participation at Focus 2026.

Participants must have read and understood the rules and regulations relating to Focus 2026, and accept the above indemnity before booking.
