Booking and Eligibility 

By booking tickets for Focus 2027, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or older. Bookings for participants aged 17 years or younger must be completed by their parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not proceed with booking. For any questions, please contact us at focus@cck.org.za. 

Participation and Assumption of Risk 

Focus 2027 is an event organised by Christ Church Kenilworth (“CCK”) and participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Activities may involve physical exertion, take place outdoors, and be affected by weather conditions. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities, including transportation to and from Goudini Spa. 

Liability and Personal Responsibility 

Christ Church Kenilworth, its staff, partners, volunteers, contractors and sponsors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense or other mishap that may occur. You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property, including potential third-party claims, arising from participation in Focus 2027 activities.  

You are responsible for managing yours and your family's own health and safety during Focus 2027, including any pre-existing medical conditions. In the case of medical emergencies, you bear the full responsibility for any related medical costs. 

Data Protection & Privacy 

Participants consent to ePayNow (CCK's booking partner) storing their personal information submitted through the Focus 2027 Booking Form on a secured database. This information will only be used by Christ Church Kenilworth for booking administration and event related communication. Christ Church Kenilworth will not share or distribute participant data beyond the event administration needs or where required by law. 

Booking Fees and Cancellations 

Early Bird Discount 

Early bird pricing will automatically apply to bookings made between 13 September 2026 and 15 November 2026, inclusive. After this period, standard pricing will apply.  

Participants who choose to pay a 50% deposit only during the Early bird period will still qualify for the Early Bird discount, provided all outstanding amounts are paid by 31 January 2027. 

Deposit Payment  

Your ticket for Focus 2027 is provisionally secured once a 50% deposit has been paid. 

Following your booking, you will receive an email containing a link to complete payment of the remaining balance, which must be paid by 31 January 2027.  

A confirmation email and your Focus 2027 ticket will be emailed to you once the balance has been paid.  

Booking Cancellations 

To cancel your booking, please email focus@cck.org.za . 

Bookings cancelled on or before 7 February 2027 will receive a full refund. 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 February 2027. 

If you are unable to attend after this date, you may arrange for another person or group to purchase your ticket directly from you. Any transfer of booking details must be communicated to CCK at focus@cck.org.za before the event.  

Event Changes and Force Majeure 

Christ Church Kenilworth reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of Focus 2027 due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or force majeure events.   

Conduct and Event Rules 

By booking and attending Focus 2027, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue requirements, and safety instructions issued by Christ Church Kenilworth and Goudini Spa.  

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all attendees. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, staff, volunteers, contractors and sponsors, from any claims, legal action, or liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your participation, or your child's participation in Focus 2027, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. 

Participants must have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the indemnity provisions, before completing a booking.
