Assistant Pastor
We are seeking an assistant pastor in a senior role to help the minister and leadership teams proactively develop all elements of pastoral care in a large and growing church.
Starting Date: 1 August 2024 (preferable)
Hours: Full time (40 hours/week), Sunday-Thursday

Job Description
The Assistant Pastor will support the minister in a wide range of pastoral responsibility. This will include:
To pastor, love, encourage and equip the CCK congregation to follow Jesus more closely
Regular preaching
To lead and assist with resourcing the full range of CCK ministries
Develop and lead the established small group network across CCK
Prepare individuals, couples and families for baptism and weddings
To play an active role in the broader communities and networks linked with the church.
